These Terms govern use of the Kreative Webworks Support Portal at support.kreativewebworks.com.
Support services
The portal lets clients submit and track support tickets and lets Kreative Webworks staff manage those tickets. Service levels depend on ticket priority and category, including Emergency Support.
Emergency SMS alerts
Staff who opt in may receive SMS alerts for Emergency Support tickets. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent and program details are described at https://support.kreativewebworks.com/sms-alerts.
Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the portal (including submitting false emergency tickets).
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
